4.Convert URL to IP
You can use this service called Web Server IP
Checker<http://seotools.highposition.net/web-server-ip.aspx>to get the
IP of the server on which your site is hosted, the one you want
to visit using proxy.
Once the IP is in your hand type http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx in your browser to
visit the blocked site, where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP of the web server
and thats it [image: :D]
You can also get the IP of the webserver by using Command Prompt. Just go to
Run and type 'cmd' and press OK. Now type "ping http://www.website.com"
without quotes and you will get the IP.
5.Convert IP to Decimal
If the URL to IP trick fails over some networks this is the trick you are looking for [image: :D] Just get the IP of the site from Web Server IP Checker <http://seotools.highposition.net/web-server-ip.aspx> and go to RedRoster. <http://www.allredroster.com/iptodec.htm> Enter the IP in the IP address field and hit calculate. You will get an address in Decimal Field. Take this and paste in your browser as ttp://xxxxxxxx , where xxxxxxxx is your decimal converted IP and it shall work [image: :D]

blocked websites in school, college, office or at home.
Approach 1:
There are websites Anonymizer who fetch the blocked site/ page
from their servers and display it to you. As far as the service provider is
concerned you are viewing a page from Anonymizer and not the blocked site.
Approach 2:
To access the blocked Web site. type the IP number instead of
the URL in the address bar. But if the ISP software maps the IP address to
the web server (reverse DNS lookup), the website will remain blocked.
Approach 3:
Use a URL redirection service like tinyurl.com or snipurl.com.
These domain forward services sometimes work as the address in the the url
box remain the redirect url and do not change to the banned site.
