Instructions for creating a mail account @ knowledgeinfo:

1. Aftre step1 the following window will be displayed while being in this windo please click on the button named with " I agree with the TOS" then it will move on to next step. If u click on "I do not agree with the TOS" you are not able to create a mail ID.

2. After that it will move on to the following screen. Here some names are hidden because of incompatible network services. See the following picture for guidence. In the following picture you will notice two text boxes without name , in those one is "password" and another is "confirm password". There is another text box in the end of the picture that denotes email id when ever u forget your password that will send to that email id.

Note: password must be four letters only . Be sure while giving password don't give more than 4 letters. we accept only four letters and it shouldn't  be lessthan or greaterthan 4 letters.
